Q: How do I create an account?

A: Go to the registration page, enter your company details, and confirm your email. Once verified, you can log in and begin posting jobs.

Q: How do I verify my email address?

A: After registering, you'll receive a verification link via email. Click it to activate your account. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Q: How do I post a job?

A: Once logged in, go to the dashboard and click “Add Job Post.” Fill out the form with the trade category, job location, contact number, and job details.

Q: How do subcontractors apply?

A: Subcontractors call the phone number or contact the email address listed in your job post. SubbyWork enables subcontractors to contact you directly with no intermediaries.

Q: How long will my job post stay live?

A: You can choose between 1 Week or 1 Month visibility when posting. After that, the job will be marked as expired.

Q: How do I remove a post when a position is filled?

A: You can manually "expire" a job once the position is filled and the job post becomes no longer visible by clicking "Set as Expired" on that job post on your dashboard.

Q: Can I reactivate an expired job?

A: In case the position reopens during the original duration of the post, you can reactivate the post from your Expired Jobs page, accessible from your dashboard. Once the duration has expired, the post cannot be reactivated and a new post must be submitted.

Q: How do I delete a job post?

A: You can remove a job permanently by clicking "Delete" on that job post on your dashboard.

Q: Is a job post recoverable once deleted?

A: No, once a post is deleted, it cannot be reactivated or recovered and a new post must be submitted.

Q: How does invoicing work?

A: SubbyWork.com does not process payments directly on the website. Contractors are invoiced monthly based on their usage. For invoicing details, please contact support.

Q: Can I change my company information?

A: You can update your phone number and contact name in your profile. For changes to your business name, email, or VAT details, please contact support.

Q: Can I deactivate or delete my account?

A: Yes. Contact support@subbywork.com to request account deletion or to access / delete your data in line with GDPR regulations.

Q: Is this a subscription service?

A: No. SubbyWork.com does not offer subscriptions. We operate on a monthly invoicing model with no in-site payments or renewals.

Q: How is my data protected?

A: SubbyWork complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Read our Data Protection Privacy Policy for full details.

Q: What’s the difference between SubbyWork.com and Subby.Work?

A: SubbyWork.com is for main contractors to post jobs. Subby.Work is for subcontractors to view those jobs and contact you directly.
